The disc scaffold is called socket type disc scaffold. It has been widely used in many projects because of its high loading capacity, durability and convenient erection. The main components of the disc scaffold include: standard (heavy duty, standard), ledger, diagonal brace, adjustable base jack and adjustable U-head jack. There are also some other fittings like caster, plank, side bracket, toe board, truss, stair, keel etc.
1.Standard
Standard is made of a certain length of Q345 steel tube welded with rosettes by a 0.5m pitch modulus and welded with sleeves at the top of steel tube. It has two type’s heavy duty (Z type) and standard type (B type), the diameter of Z type is ∅60.3×3.2mm and the diameter of B type is ∅48.3×3.2mm. The length of vertical has 0.5m, 1.0m,1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m.
2.Ledger
Ledger is connected to the rosette on the standard and is made of steel tube by a 0.3m modulus and welded with ledger ends. Ledger is made of Q235 steel tube, size is ∅48.3×2.5mm. The length of ledger has 0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m and 2.0m.
3.Diagonal Brace
Diagonal brace is connected to the rosette on the standard and is made of steel tube and brace ends by welding, it has two types vertical type and level type, the diameter of vertical type is ∅48.3×2.5mm and ∅33.7×2.3mm, and level type is ∅48.3×2.5mm. Vertical type is made of Q195 steel tube and level is Q235B. The length of brace can design according to the ledger length or steps like 1.0m and 1.5m, such as 1.2m ledger we can use 1.2×1.0m or 1.2×1.5m brace.
4.Adjustable Base Jack
Base jack is a adjustable jack which install at the bottom of vertical, consist of bottom plate, screw rod and handle nut. The material of bottom plate is steel plate Q235, the material of screw rod is steel 20# and the material of handle nut is casting steel ZG270-500. Z type vertical include ?48mm screw rod and handle nut and B type vertical include ?38mm screw rod and handle nut. The length between screw rod and handle nut is not less than 5.
5.Adjustable U-head Jack
U-head Jack is a adjustable Jack which install on the top of vertical, consist of support plate, screw rod and handle nut. The material of support plate is steel plate Q235, the material of screw rod is steel 20# and the material of handle nut is casting steel ZG270-500. Z type vertical include ∅48mm screw rod and handle nut and B type vertical include ∅38mm screw rod and handle nut. The length between screw rod and handle nut is not less than 5.
6.Steel Plank
Hook the steel plank on the scaffold and fasten it firmly with the clamp plate. Steel plank is made of Q235 steel plate. It has 1.5m and 2.0m two sizes.
7.Stair
A climbing ladder fastened on a horizontal of scaffold for construction persons to pass up and down. It’s made of Q235B steel plate. It has 1.5m and 2.0m two sizes.
8.Bracket
Bracket is a side cantilever triangular truss which to be connected with rosette of standard. Material is Q235 steel tube. Size such as 0.3m, 0.6m and 0.9m can design on request.
