The Importance of Advanced Scaffolding Solutions

In 2021, we tackled the "Membrane Tank Internal Platform Maintenance System (Tianjin Nangang LNG Project)." This project brought unique challenges due to the distinctive features of new membrane-type storage tanks compared to conventional LNG tanks. With stringent client standards and tight deadlines, we needed innovative and efficient construction solutions that also ensured high safety standards.

Innovations in Ring Lock Scaffolding

Our technical team at Rapid Scaffolding enhanced the construction process of existing ring lock scaffolding platforms. After thoroughly comparing various construction techniques and materials, we developed a sophisticated internal membrane tank scaffolding system. This system leverages the high strength and safety features of ring lock scaffolding, combined with spatial truss systems and inherent circular structural stability.
