Main Application of disk lock steel tubular scaffolding

1-Shoring System

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the construction technology of the construction industry is also advancing by leaps and bounds. Disk lock steel tubular scaffolding (hereinafter referred to as "Ringlock Scaffolding") is one of the highlights. In 2007, a new force emerged in Ringlock Scaffolding. Because of its high bearing capacity, durability, convenient installation, Ringlock Scaffolding has gradually replaced the traditional scaffoldings, such as steel pipe&fittings, cuplock scaffoldings. Especially some high - profile projects and special work frame projects. The main application of Ringlock Scaffolding are generally divided into three categories: shoring system, working-platform system and  stage system.

1. Shoring System
Shoring system  is mainly used in public civil buildings, workshops, warehouses, tunnels, bridges and so on.

Projects like civil building, workshop, warehouse,  mainly adopts the frame structure system, the beam plate column structure component is clear, the construction load mainly concentrates in the beam area. The vertical shoring system is mainly surrounded by girder slabs and installed in the hall. Vertical  standard spacing need to be more dense.

1.2 Tunnel Project

Tunnel project, such as subway station, underpass, mainly adopts plate wall structure system. Construction load is large, and distributed evenly. Vertical support is mainly arranged around the roof of each structural layer, with a full hall and evenly distributed vertical standard spacing.

1.3 Bridge Project

Bridge project, such as urban viaduct and high-speed railway, generally adopts box girder system, with large construction load, mainly concentrated in the web area. Vertical standard spacing is evenly distributed, but web bottom standard spacing need to be more dense.

2. Working-platform System

Decorative working-platform system is mainly used for indoor full house working-platform, building working-platform, special working-platform, mobile working-platform and so on.

2.1 Indoor full house working-platform system

Indoor full house working-platform is mainly used for interior wall decoration and ceiling projects. Vertical standard spacing is 2.0m x 2.0m, standard step spacing is 1.5m (working area step height 2.0m), working standing area covered with steel plank.

2.2 External working-platform system

External working-platform system is mainly used for decoration and subsequent maintenance during construction. The vertical standard spacing is 0.9m x 2.0m, the standard step spacing is 2.0m, and working standing area covered with steel plank.

2.3 Special working-platform system

Special working-platform system is mainly used for special projects, such as cultural sculpture, ships, aircraft, etc. Vertical standard spacing is 2.0m x 2.0m, standard step spacing is 1.5m (working area step height 2.0m), working standing area covered with steel plank.

2.4 Mobile working-platform system
Mobile working-platform system, suitable for all kinds of decoration projects. It can be moved around as the working area changes.

Vertical standard spacing is 2.0m x 2.0m, standard step spacing is 1.5m (working area step height 2.0m), working standing area covered with steel plank.

3.Stage System

Stage system is mainly used for the stage and the audience seating system during various art performances.
